Jobs
AI Automation Engineer
Help businesses do more with practical AI systems: voice agents, workflow automations, internal copilots, research agents, and integrations that remove repetitive work from real teams.
We care about shipped work.
A degree is not required. The signal is whether you can understand a business process, build a reliable automation, test it with real edge cases, and explain it clearly to the people who will use it.
Apply nowThe work
Build automations that actually change how a business operates.
The role is implementation-heavy. You will take a workflow that currently lives across calls, inboxes, spreadsheets, CRMs, support tools, docs, and human memory, then turn it into a faster system with clear ownership and measurable results.
Voice agents
Build phone and browser-based agents that qualify leads, answer routine questions, book appointments, update systems, and hand off cleanly to humans.
Workflow automations
Connect tools like CRMs, inboxes, ticketing systems, spreadsheets, calendars, docs, and databases so repetitive operations move faster with fewer mistakes.
Business agents
Create agents that research, summarize, draft, classify, extract data, route work, reconcile records, and run multi-step processes with tool use and approvals.
Reliable implementation
Add prompts, retrieval, API integrations, guardrails, evaluation cases, logs, monitoring, and documentation so the automation keeps working after the demo.
Job description
What you will own.
You do not need to be a research scientist. You do need practical judgment, strong follow-through, and enough technical range to make AI useful inside existing businesses.
Responsibilities
- Translate messy business workflows into practical automation plans with clear inputs, outputs, exceptions, and human review points.
- Build AI-powered automations using code, APIs, agent frameworks, workflow tools, webhooks, databases, and client systems.
- Prototype quickly, test against real examples, and improve prompts, tools, retrieval, and logic until the system is useful in production.
- Create voice and chat agents that can call tools, capture exact details, escalate safely, and leave useful records in the client system.
- Document what was built, train operators, and make the work easy for a business team to trust and maintain.
What we are looking for
- You have shipped real automations, agents, integrations, scripts, or internal tools that saved people time.
- You can work with APIs, JSON, webhooks, databases, and at least one practical programming language such as TypeScript or Python.
- You understand when to use no-code tools, when to write code, and when an AI agent is the wrong answer.
- You can debug across prompts, tool calls, permissions, bad data, timing issues, and user behavior without needing perfect requirements.
- You communicate clearly with non-technical operators and care about measurable business outcomes.
Useful experience
- OpenAI Agents SDK, Realtime voice agents, Anthropic Claude, MCP, or managed agent systems
- Twilio, Vapi, Retell, LiveKit, WebRTC, or other voice infrastructure
- n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, Slack, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365
- Retrieval, vector search, structured extraction, evals, analytics, observability, or human-in-the-loop review flows
Speed with taste
You can prototype fast without shipping brittle demos that collapse under real use.
Operator mindset
You ask where the work comes from, what counts as done, what breaks, and who reviews exceptions.
No credential filter
Bootcamp, self-taught, college, agency, in-house, or freelance are all fine if the work is strong.
